MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

reports to:

  • Senior Marketing Manager

 

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services firm
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for graphic design
  • Knowledge in industry proposal and presentation development preferred
  • Knowledge of Deltek and Salesforce preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of complex RFP responses, contract proposals, and pursuit presentations
  • Provide general marketing support, as needed, for the development of materials that are graphically compelling and consistent with the OTJ brand
  • Track pursuit information and project close-out data in Deltek and Salesforce
  • Maintain inventory of pre-printed marketing materials and supplies
  • Inventory, update and maintain library of marketing materials (print and digital)
  • Order supplies and preprinted items as needed
  • Maintain and update digital marketing library (certificates of insurance, resumes, proposal templates, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate project, event, and staff photography, as needed
